Losing weight has always been a struggle for most people, especially as a novice following a beginner’s workout program. There is always this method to follow, and mind you, it’s not just any ordinary schedule, it’s hectic and tedious, more like in a masochistic way. It’s no wonder why many can’t seem to pull it off.
